Wagin Ram "Bart"

One of the Town’s major attractions, "Bart" was built locally in 1985. Thousands of tourists visit the ram annually which is located in the Wetlands Park.

Puntapin Rock is approx. 5 minutes drive south/east of Wagin and is well worth the short drive and the climb to see the fabulous 360 degree views.

COMMUNITY BUDGET REQUESTS 2024/2025 – OPEN NOW!

The Shire of Wagin is inviting Community Groups and Organisations to submit their applications for Council contributions to community projects. Shire contributions of up to $10,000 in value will be considered by Council as Community Budget Requests for 2024/2025. Applications must be in writing and demonstrate positive contribution to the Wagin community. Applications over $10,000 will only be considered on a one-third Council Contribution / two-thirds Applicant / Grant Contribution basis. Application forms are available at the Shire of Wagin’s Administration Office or via the link below. Applications close Friday 17 May 2024.
